finally after three years i find a website which i can write down my complain. i m so dissapointed with the services that provided from your dealer at carrefour seberang jaya, penang here. i dy complaint to them when i bought the massage chair. i told them bout the screen that is blur and they said will replace but they did not do so. and then after 1 and half years i ask for repairing my massage chair also did not come to repair for me. now if people ask me to buy a massage chair i m so trauma with the services. when doing sales whatever also can but after sales and service it’s too bad.

hahaha…Actually i spend more than Rm2000 on this chair..but i felt this really not worth ah….Quite don like the massage chair from Ogawa.
